Since I'm just not skilled enough to try my hand at duplicating our silverware napkin rings, I decided to try a different approach to making some upcycled napkin rings. Rummaging through my room of "stuff," I found all I needed to make some pretty and practical napkin rings, perfect matches for my white vintage napkins.
