About 4,500 lbs of excess leather are created in one particular leather tannery each day. Fortunately, the creation of this iPad sleeve helps rescue much of that. The pieces are gathered and sorted by color and size. Then they are pressed to iron out creases, cut to shape, and sewn into this useful sleeve.
