Product Description

Wow! These upcycled rugs may look like a regular rug, but take a second look! Made from plastic grocery bags, each rug is woven on a 1940's Union Loom to make these look like traditional rag rugs. Awesome! It takes somewhere between 80 and 100 reclaimed plastic bags to make just one of these products, which come in your choice of color patterns.

Durable enough to be used indoors or outdoors, these uber-cool rugs are trimmed in reclaimed cotton warp thread. While the actual color of this portion varies, rest assured that the colors will be matched as well as possible. Isn't the surprise when you open the package part of the fun of upcycling anyways?

Bumps are normal, and reminiscent of traditional rag rugs. They will flatten out over time, so feel free to stomp on it whenever you feel the urge! You can clean these rugs simply by hosing them down...genius!

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
