Firehose Messenger Bag

Despite what it says, you don’t have to be a messenger to be a proud owner of this bag. It’s equally good to carry anything and everything you need for work or school.

It's made from reclaimed fire hoses, so by virtue of its material it offers great protection against rain, dust and (since it is hand made) boring mass production. Its scuffs and marks shows the hard life it has lived.

The interior lining is fire engine red (natch) and features a large pocket to protect your laptop inside the bag. There are also three smaller pockets to hold your phone, business cards, keys, or other small items. The lining itself is a 50/50 cotton and polyester blend that has been reclaimed from clothing factory scrap.

This fantastic accessory is made of two different kind of upcycled fire hoses. The course exterior of a red hose and the smooth interior of a black hose. The shoulder strap, also made from hose, is adjustable.
