Circuit Board Clipboard

When you look at a pile of circuit boards, do you think "hmm.... these would make great clipboards?" Neither do we. But the great people over at Terracycle do!

Each handy clipboard is made from circuit boards that otherwise would have ended in the neverland of e-waste had they not been rescued and upcycled. Yet another way to make your office eco-friendly without breaking your supply budget!

Even more details about this cool product: Each clipboard is made from a piece of the substrate used to make circuit boards before all the wires and metal bits are added. Pretty much everyone has a different pattern because it is cut from a different place of the larger substrate sheet, or from different sheets entirely. All of these sheets have become obsolete for one reason or another, and would have otherwise been thrown out.

The clipboards are about a sixteenth of an inch think. We use them every day. Because these substrate pieces are from before the motherboard wiring  process, it has a nice smooth writing surface.
